CLUB ZION
The Oasis is transformed to a “teen drop-in center” on Friday nights from 8 to 11PM. It offers:
- A safe, friendly environment where teens can listen to music while hanging out with their friends
- A hang out to shoot hoops or pool, play video games, foosball, air hockey or dance
- An opportunity to enroll in special workshops designed to encourage their dreams and help facilitate positive changes in their lives
- Workshops include dance, drama, cooking, art classes, teen mom classes, and anger management
- Special theme nights, recreational activities, and field trips
- Guidance and mentorship to at-risk youth from our skilled staff who are known for building trusting relationships
- Provides opportunities to develop critical inter-racial social skills
- A soda bar with snacks is available and free food is given out each week
- A free ride home is provided in the Hollywood area at 11PM, closing time
