Ron Radachy

Ron and Judy are Executive Co-Directors of The Oasis of Hollywood, a multi-faceted ministry, in the heart of Hollywood to marginalized children and teens. The Oasis, established in 1979 in Hollywood, has ministered through a variety of programs to share the Good News of Jesus to thousands of people in very practical ways.
Judy graduated from Christ For The Nations Bible Institute and now serves as an Executive Presbyter for the Fellowship of Ministers and Churches. Ron is an ordained minister with the International Foursquare Church and Judy is ordained with Assemblies of God. Judy was honored with the Freda Lindsay Award in 2013.
They have appeared on many radio and television talk shows, including Daystar Network, Christian Broadcasting Network, Trinity Broadcasting Network, and Focus on the Family. They speak regularly to churches and at conferences, challenging them to be "Jesus' Body--His hands, His shoulders, His feet--to a hurting and broken world around them.”
Walk of Faith on the Walk of Fame, Judy’s book is a collection of true accounts about individuals that were miraculously transformed through the ministry. The book also reveals how she and her first husband, Charles McPheeters, co-founded the ministry and then after numerous personal battles including his death in 1982. She carried on with the ministry as a single mom before she met Ron. Judy also wrote three devotions in the Women’s Spirit Filled Bible. She mentors ladies who have recently come to know Jesus.
Ron authored Your Story Matters to encourage others in sharing their faith. He dispels fears with practical insights how the average Christian can comfortably, but powerfully impact people around them. He has taught thousands of people how to share their faith in a non-religious, down-to-earth way. He now serves as a Chaplain at Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles with over 4,000 inmates.

Mynor was born & raised in Hollywood all of his life. Coming from a family of 10 brothers & sisters, Mynor experienced a lot of hardship & turbulence at a very young age. When he was 8 years old, a neighbor invited him to Oasis’ Kidz Klub program, and that’s where he first learned that God loved him & wanted a relationship with him. He gave his life to Christ that day, and has involved in Oasis programs ever since. After being placed in foster care & experiencing the loss of his mom, Mynor credits the Oasis staff for never giving up on him & always going out of their way to help him & his siblings. In 2012, Mynor came on staff part-time working maintenance. Then, throughout the years, he led the Hollywood Mission Trip, Kidz Klub, and Oasis Youth. Now, he and his wife, Kadee, over-see the Oasis programs as Program Directors. Mynor loves all things LA– the culture, food, sports teams– and believes that God is moving powerfully in this amazing city.

Thaddeus Sanchez grew up in La Verne, CA. He did not grow up in the church; however, religion and spirituality were an interest of his beginning in his sophomore year of high school. It was not until 2019, two years after graduation, that he picked up a Bible to read it for himself for the first time. However, it was not until December of 2022 that he decided to be a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, getting baptized in January 2023. Thaddeus likes to say that since 2023, he has “jumped headfirst into following Jesus.” Shortly after, in June of 2023, he went on a weekend-long mission trip to LA. This is where he discovered the Oasis of Hollywood. Their mission, ministry, and staff and students stirred a desire to get more involved with Oasis, causing him to visit multiple times, contribute financially, and eventually apply for a position as a staff member. In February of 2024, Thaddeus became a full-time staff member, serving as the Kids’ Director. Over the years, The Lord has formed Thaddeus’ heart into one of compassion for others, especially children and families, and given him a desire to teach the Word. “I believe the purpose for everyone on earth is to know the one true God. If that’s true, then I have a responsibility to do my best in helping others know Him.” Thaddeus is currently studying pastoral ministry.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. While I grew up in Christian beliefs, I didn't practice them. After graduating from high school, I came to understand that I had been seeking validation from the world and was influenced by my friends to smoke and use profanity. I felt lost and lacked direction, but my best friend encouraged me to turn to Jesus for guidance.
I first learned about The Oasis through Pastor Randall at Heart LA Church. Following a service, I approached Pastor Randall to inquire about potential job opportunities. The next week, she connected me with Kadee, the program co-director, who offered me a role within the ministry.
I grew up in a community that was living paycheck to paycheck, considered low-income. As I grew up, I realized there are many ways to grow our wealth, and I believe God wants us to be prosperous. I am passionate about helping the community grow its wealth through investments. Deut. 8:18 "But you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day."

After moving from London, England, to LA in 2012, Olivia began attending the Oasis during her senior year of high school. Coming from difficult life circumstances, Olivia at first struggled to give her life to God because she didn’t fully understand what that looked like. About 2 years after graduating from high school, Olivia decided to give her life to God and was later baptized at her church. Olivia is one of the most relatable, funny, and easy to talk to people in the world. God has used her profoundly to help & minister to the Oasis teens- specifically her middle school girls' small group. Olivia says, “I love getting to see the kids & teenagers grow, have fun, and laugh at Oasis. I love getting to see how God moves in their lives.” Olivia is currently enrolled in college, taking courses on psychology & business.

Jaeden is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He grew up in a church and as a believer his whole life, but never was a follower of Christ until the summer of 2022. Before becoming a follower of Jesus Christ, Jaeden followed his love for the game of football. In his senior year of high school, he led the state of Pennsylvania in rushing yards and touchdowns, hoping that his dream of being in the NFL would come true.
While Jaeden was chasing his own goals, God had a different plan. He would go on to play college football and get kicked off the team after a few months. The idol he was living for was taken away from him in the blink of an eye. Not knowing what to do in life anymore, he finally gave God a turn after not having anywhere else to go. For the first time, experiencing the joy and peace of the Lord, Jaeden finally felt real meaning and purpose in his life.
He would then choose to go on his first mission trip to the Oasis of Hollywood. Here, he would discover his calling and passion for evangelism and youth ministry. Leaving Oasis, Jaeden would feel the tug of the Holy Spirit telling him he would return, and when the opportunity presented itself, it was a no-brainer to return. Now, Jaeden serves for a full year as an intern at Oasis of Hollywood, wanting to spread the good news and let others know where they can find their true meaning and purpose in life.

Adrian Sanchez

Adrian was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. After going through some difficult times early in his life, Adrian began to experience God working in his life as he saw God answer his prayers. His life slowly started to take a turn. After he finished his junior year of high school, his friend Gabriel (also an Oasis intern currently) had told him about Oasis Youth. He attended the Back To School event, and then God supernaturally opened the door for Adrian to attend Oasis Youth Summer Camp. It was at that camp that Adrian gave his life to God. After that, Adrian immediately started serving more at Oasis, joining Oasis Youth Leadership, and even co-leading a Bible club at his school with Gabriel. Adrian feels called to ministry & is amazed at how God has worked in his life- from his first time at an Oasis event, to Summer Camp, to attending Oasis regularly, getting involved in serving, and becoming an Oasis intern- he is very grateful to God for how He has worked in his life.

Gabriel was born & raised in Los Angeles. He began attending the Oasis in high school after a friend invited him. He says that it soon felt like a second home to him, and that the staff were so helpful to him. He gave his life to Christ during the Oasis Youth trip to San Diego for the SoCal Youth Convention. Upon returning to LA, he started getting involved more at Oasis- showing up early, volunteering at events, and started inviting more & more friends. He was very involved in Oasis’ OYL (Oasis Youth Leadership) program, and even launched a Bible club at his high school. When he graduated in 2024, he stepped into a young adult leadership role and led with integrity & excellence. He is now interning with the Oasis- shadowing our youth director, Mynor, and becoming more involved in Kidz Klub & the Hollywood Mission Trip. Gabriel says, “I love this ministry. I love doing everything-whether it is setting up, speaking, or helping with worship on Tuesday nights. I just love this program. I love this community. I can see how God has been working and moving through the students here. I am very grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to serve here.”
